Transmittal Note AMENDrnNT No. 2 TO THE - SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 16, FIRST EDITION AIRCRAFT NOISE 1. The attached Supplement supersedes the previous Supplement to Annex 16, dated December 19 73, and includes differences notified by Contracting States up to 1 June 1975. 2. The Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 16, First Edition. Additional differences and revised comments received from Contracting States will be issued at intervals as amendments to this Supplement.
