Transmittal Mote AMENDMENT No. 3 TO - SUPPLEMENT No. 2 TO ANNEX 7, THIRD EDITION AIRCRAFT NATIONALITY AND REGISTRATION MARKS 1. The attached Supplement supersedes the previous Supplement No. 2 to Annex 7, dated August 1975, and includes differences and comments received from Contracting States up to 15 September 1978, to Annex 7, Third Edition as amended by Amendment No. 3. 2. The Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 7, Third Edition. Additional differences and revised comments received from Contracting States will be issued at intervals as amendments to this Supplement .
