Transmittal Note SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 SIXTH EDITION FACILITATION 1. The attached pages are issued for the purpose of incorporating into the Supplement to Annex 9 Sixth Edition the latest information received from Contracting States as to their position vis-'a-vis the various provisions of Annex 9 Sixth Edition. 2. These pages bear the date of publication16/2/70 this date has also been recorded in the Table of Contents No. 3 attached hereto, in the "Date of Publication" col.nm opposite the names of the States for which the attached pages have been issued. 3. Apart from notification by some Contracting States of new differences, Denmark indicated withdrawal of its differences previously notified against paragraphs 4.30 and 4.37 Malaysiaagainst2.7, 4.8 and 5.4.1. 4. Please insert the attached pages in their proper places in the Supple- ment to Annex 9 Sixth Edition, bearing in mind that States appear in alphabetical order as on Table of Contents No. 3 attached. 1MFOaTANT.- The attached Table of Contents gives the complete list of up-to-date pages of this Supplement. Please refer to it carefully before amending your copy.
