Transmittal Note SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 FIFTH EDITION FACILITATION 1. The attached pages are issued for the purpose of incorporating into the Supplement to Annex 9 Fifth Edition the latest information received from Contracting States as to their position vis-a-vis the various provisions of Annex 9 Fifth Edition. 2. These pages bear the date of publication 1 / 11 /h5 this date has also been recorded in the Table of Contents No. 5, attached hereto, in the "Date of Publication" column opposite the names of the States for which the attached pages have been issued. 3. Please insert the attached pages in their proper places in the Supplement to Annex 9 Fifth Edition, bearing in mind that States appear in alphabetical order as on Table of Contents No. 5 attached, and remove the relevant s uper s eded pages including Table of Contents No. 4 where applicable. IMPORTANT. - The attached Table of Contents gives the complete list of up-to date pdges of this Supplement. Please refer to it carefully before amending your copy.
