Circular 103-/24 Addendum November 1970. ADDENDUM Paragraph 61. Add the following second sentence "1n particular the member designated by Chad, Ivory Coast, Mauritania, Niger and Togo, although sympathetic to these views in principle, believed that it was not possible to present them as conclusions resulting from the studies, and thus felt that they should not be included in the Panel's global review." Paragraph 74. Replace the present text with the following "In the absence of a unanimous conclusion on the matter, cost allocation were made using as bases i the number of flights alone, and ii the number of flights and aircraft weight this being the closest approach possible to the Eurocontrol formula, the actual distances flown by flights not being available to the Panel among the data collected for the studies. The results of these calculations are given in summary below, and in more detail in Appendices 4 and 5. " Paragraph 98. Substitute a comma for the full stop after "iagram 2" at the end of the first sentence, and add the following "the charging methods of Ethiopia and Syria also being included as further examples of this type of formula." - END -
