This Edition No. 14 of July 2022 is effective July 18, 2022. Application start date is November 3, 2022.

Annex 1 contains Standards and Recommended Practices adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization as the minimum standards for personnel licensing.

The Annex is applicable to all applicants for and, on renewal, to all holders of the licences and ratings specified herein.

Terms of use of documents:

- Copying text - allowed;

- Saving parts of the document in png format - allowed;

- Document printing - prohibited;

- Downloading documents - prohibited;

All submitted documents have the status of official electronic copies.
