Transmittal Note Amendment No. 1 to the SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 15 - AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICES Eleventh Edition 1. Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement to Annex 15 provides additional information received from States up to 27 August 2004 with respect to all amendments up to and including Amendment 3 2. 2. To incorporate Amendment No. 1 to this Supplement a Replace pages iii to vi by the attached new pages dated 27/8/04. b Insert the attached new country page for Vanuatu dated 27/8/04. c Record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
